Hi my name is Jackie.............I have lost 22.5 lbs which is small to some of you but I have lost a total of 24 inches all over my body and down 3 sizes!!!!!!!! I can get my company jacket on and zipped which is something I haven't worn in 4 years....I can also give my self a knees to the chest hug in my pilates class....I also can wear a belt and tuck my shirt in!
