cheated yet?
I'm sorry that you got flamed. No one should act like that. Anyway - yes - I've "cheated" although I wouldn't call it that. Tonight we went to a friends house and they made a frozen pizza. I picked toppings off some. Was that good for me? Well, I'm sure a plain chicken breast would be better. They didn't operate on our brain. They gave us a tool. Are we going to live by the book EVERY SINGLE DAY? Nope. And that's ok. If you are constantly on yourself for making a bad choice - you'll fail. I posted one time on the main board that my other 1/2 was having sketti os and they sounded so good. The majority of the replies were telling me to have a bite. And I did. I didn't like it, but I at least tried it.
If you want something and you keep telling yourself no - chances are you're going to end up evenutally having a breakdown and eating way more than you should.
Anyway - I'm off the box now. Just wanted to let you know that it's ok to try different things - as long as they are limited.
I don't think you are cheating at all. I think it is ok to have a little bit of something you really want every now and then. I know I do and I am still losing weight. Looks like you are doing a great job. 64 pounds and 54 inches is wonderful!!!! It must be nice for some people to be able to say they don't cheat and never will. Makes me wonder if they have that much will power why did they have to have WLS in the first place.
