Hello Everyone: I was curious does anyone know if your liquid intake matters if it's water or just simply non calorie. I am having trouble getting in my water, but seem to have an easier time with things such as crystal light or diet iced tea.

I can even count jello and yogurt in my liquid intake per my surgeon. Michelle

I've heard that they all count. I still try to drink just pure water. It just seems more healthful than water with additives.

I was told they all count! I am in the same boat as you, crystal light, diet green tea and other sugar free drinks all go down better.
