Any Hair Loss Yet?

Just wondering if anyone else is starting to notice any hair loss? I have started seeing some, nothing major yet. I hope it does not get bad, I have fine hair anyway.

Nope, but I've been massaging my scalp when I first get up and when I go to bed to keep the blood supply flowing. I don't know if that helps or not...but it couldn't hurt. I've also been taking omega 3 capsules for about a month to bring some much needed oil to my skin and hair.

No nothing yet, but like you I have fine, thin hair. I'm worried about this also, I've heard mostly it is really noticeable in or around the 4th month out. Michelle

Nothing here yet..... It wouldn't hurt me though, because I have soooo much thick hair..... I probably wouldn't notice a difference unless it was a ton of hair.... I will post if it starts though.... Let's just hope that not too many of us experience it.... Shawn M.

It's funny but I had more hair loss before surgery than I do now! I think all of that protein has done me good.

None here yet. I've been taking Biotin all along too, though. Hoping to ward it off if I can.

Oh yeah, Its falling out like crazy~!~ I run my fingers thru and there is atleast 5 strands every time. I cleaned my brush out on Sunday to see what I lose this week, And I have to clear the screen over my shower drain every time I shower. Ive always lost a lot of hair, but it definitely is more now. My ponytail holder used to be a tight 2x around, and now I can get it around 3x. I really hope it grows back, since my mom has VERY thin hair, and my dad has a solar panel on the top!! lol.
