I Got One!!!!

I went out today and bought myself a brand new treadmill. Wooo Hoooo... My hubby and I got it all set up and it works just as good as the one in the gym... I love it... Now I can and WILL work out every day, even if it is just walking a couple of miles.... Just thought I would share my excitement with everyone! Shawn M.

Good job Shawn, I am glad that you got a tread mill! I hope to get one soon as well. I still do my outside walking. If I cannot get outside to walk then I ride the stationary bike. It will be so much more easier for you to get the walking in on the tread mile without having to go out. thank you for sharing. Chrisy

Don't be jealous..... check out garage sales or used sporting stores if you can't afford a new one.. I would have, but we don't have garage sales this time of year where I live, and the nearest used sporting goods store is a bit away and I didn't want to make the drive...LOL... You will get one, if you really want it... Shawn M.

Good for you!!!!!! I haven't been on mine like I should for goodness sakes but I do make it to my kick boxing class 3 days a week. I really need to get on it. All of you can visit the site for my kickboxing class she has the first two weeks free and do some of the pilates and yoga, it's low impact and feels so good on your muscles and joints. www.amfightclub.com please check it out and let me know what you think. How awesome for you! I wish I was disciplined enough to do it iat home. I have to have the routine of going to the gym, etc. If I had one at home, it would probably be used to hang laundry on! I'm so easily swayed from one thing to another when home. When I'm at the gym, I'm there. I'm stuck. Good luck with it! Donna
