Very Discouraged....Have been at a stall for over 2 weeks
Holly
Have you taken your measurements? I bet you will see amazing results in inches. I too get frusterated when that scale doesn't move as fast as "i" think it should be ...biut when its time for my monthly measurements ... I can see the inches melting and know that my BODY is changing.
Sounds like you are doing great with your exercise routine ... you will see pounds and inches come off ... in time.
hugs,
Britt
Holly,
Remember your body is adjusting to these new changes that are going on. Like any "diet" per se you will have plateaus which are perfectly normal. Like Britt said you probably are losing inches and the eating and exercise is exactly what you need to keep doing. Try to be patient, I know a huge thing when we want to see that scale moving downward, and before you know it you'll be down again!

I agree with what Britt and Michelle said... plus don't forget, you are working out, so you are probably building muscle as the fat is melting away... and muscle weighs more than fat... So as the two of them said, you are probably losing inches, and because you are doing so good with working out, that is why the scale is not moving as fast as you would like it to... but it will, just be patient and keep doing what you are doing...
I have yet to get more than 2 days a week at the gym... I envy you, having such great dedication to working out... Don't stop... you are doing a great job with doing all you are supposed to do, I am sure you will see the results if you just take your measurments... Good Luck and keep up the great work...

I have been stalled since before Christmas. I had my first fill on 12/23 and lost 1 pound since. I am following my program. I even started working out 3-4 times a week. I am so upset and discouraged. I went to see the Psych doctor last Thursday and that wasn't any better either. She basically told me that I need to wrap my brain around the idea that this is what my body is meant to be. I should be happy that I am making better choices and becoming more healthy...blah blah blah. I didn't have surgery to lose 14 pounds and stop. I feel like giving up but I know that is not an option. I just keep going on. I see my doctor on 1/23...I pray that the next fill will jump start things. I have failed so many times. I know how you feel. I don't have any advice, I just wanted you to know that you aren't alone.
