We have a date set to marry!

07/07/07 on our friend's yacht in the Columbia River. Then we will cruise to the Portland downtown waterfront and listen to the Blues Festival from the boat. I can't wait! I'm nervous about finding a dress. Since I will be near my goal (I hope!), but probably still losing. I will need to find one off the rack and have it altered I bet. Geez, that's less than 6 months away! I bet it flies by!

Kim, Congratulations! Isn't it cool to think that you'll actually be able to buy your dress off the rack and not have to special order it because you're too big??? That's just awesome!! Corinna Q

Congrats Kim.... What a cool wedding date to have... I was married in July as well (not with a cool date like yours will be though)... my date is 07/22/98... nothing special about it.... LOL..... I am sure you will find a fabulous dress... just wait for the alterations as long as possible if you can, you should still be losing then and you wouldn't want it to be too big. That's a cool date too! It's also the birthday of my ex husband, AND an ex boyfriend. Hope the day is VERY special and turns out good for you. I think I'm personally giving up on the date. LOL!
