I will be 9 weeks out on Wednesday. I am only down about 34, but I am still happy with my weight loss. The surgeon's scale probably won't read me as that, b/c it was off by 4 pounds the last time, so I am looking for a lower number from his scale, but he will hopefully give me some ideas to keep this weight loss going better.

I am 2 months post op tomorrow. I am down a total of 58.3 pounds. I woke up yesterday with a cold so I'm so bummed about that just when I started Aqua Jogging and feeling so good. I am going to see my Doc today for my cold hopefully he'll put me on something so I can be on the road to recovery. I've been really exploring the frozen food section. I have tried skewered shrimp and chicken, I don't mind paying a little more since I get so many meals out out of a box. I've also bought some frozen turkey meatballs that are awesome. I can eat them just heated up or with some spaghetti sauce. I'm always experimenting with new foods but have been trying to stay away from sugar. I had to incidents with fried food and I absolutely stay away from that. Congrats to us all. Deb

Thats awesome! Congrats! I buy the turkey sausage and really like it. Fried foods dont agree with me alot either. On top of having the bypass surgery, the doc also removed my gallbladder at the same time. Fried foods move thru me rather quickly. I had some chinese food for lunch today and I couldnt get home fast enough to make it to the bathroom! lol

It was a chinese buffet. I had some mushrooms and pork, pepper steak, general tso chicken and some hot and sour soup. I probally ate about 7 or 8 small bites of food and a few sips of the soup. I was full. I couldnt get home fast enough afterwards!!!! lol

You are doing GREAT.We both had surgery the same day and we also live in the same state. I have only lost 32 pounds. I have bought the frozen cooked shrimp and just warm it up in the mic or eat it cold. Keep up the good work. Tammy
