Well, its nearing that 2 month post op mark for all the November people. Tonight, I joined the Weigh****chers program. Mainly because there is no support group close by for the surgery and to keep track of my weight loss. I had surgery on November 6th. As of today, I have lost 52 pounds!!!!!! YAY ME!!!!!!!!!!! So lets hear the braggin. How much has everyone else lost? I cant thank the good Lord enough for allowing me to have this surgery. I has saved me on so many levels.

That's great!! I had surgery Nov 6th too. I have lost 51lbs. I am no longer on 5 of my prescriptions, only take antidepressants. I try to go to Curves 3 times a week but not always successful. I am a bookkeeper & tax preparer so I have started my busy season and don't always get away from the office until midnight.

Curves is great...you can keep up because you go at your pace.

I like curves. When I first started back after surgery I couldn't go around the circuit all 3 times. I just did what I could and have been building up each time I go. You don't have to worry about keeping up because you go at your pace and change stations every 30 seconds or so.

Hi, I had my surgery on Nov 7, I have lost 30lbs, nothing compared to you, BUT I will take anything at all will do for me. I have no more heart burn, yes, I still take my vitamins, and protein. Yes, it has also saved me on many levels as well. Back pain is not as bad as it used to me and that is a blessing in it self. Keep up the good work. Chrisy
