Hi everyone- Today is my 12 week surgiversary and I felt the need to post! Since surgery I have lost 64 pounds and prior to that 13 pounds on my own which makes the grand total of 77 pounds! I have begun to exercise since I know that that will be key when the going gets tough and so far, so good. Right now I just do a 15 minute walk and then 15 minutes on the bike. I hope to add in weights as soon as I get the courage to figure out what setting and how much weight to use...Food is ok. I tend to stick to soup and tuna, but am slowly expanding to fish and some veggies. Truthfully, I am not usually hungry. Food suddenly isn't as important...Wow- did I say that? Anyway, its cold here and I am looking ahead to the Spring and thinking life is good! I am so thankful I am on my way! Thanks for listening- Joy

Congratulations!!! Isn't this just the best thing ever??? I love my new attitude toward food, it's so freeing! Keep up the great work. Corinna Q PS weights really aren't as scary as you might think but a great place to get started is to look at the Body For Life workout. It's super easy even for someone who has NEVER done any kind of weight training, doesn't take a ton of time and totally works.
