vitamins

I take One Source vitamins available at Walmart. These were recommended by my surgeon, so I have stuck with them. I don't burp them at all. I used to have this problem with other vitamins I had taken in the past and these have been fine. There is also a liquid vitamin available at Costco that is not too nasty, if you want to try liquid. It's kind of a tangy fruity taste.
