Hi all - I am having such a hard time with my vitamins. They repeat on me alllllll day - they are big & nasty. Right now I am taking Bari-Vit - as reccommended by my surgeons office. What do you guys take? Happy New year! Thanks, Britt

Are you taking Bariatric Advantage? I heard that those are the best and I am actually going to change to those from the Flintstones I am taking now.

I was taking the Centrum Chewables but I could not stand the taste anymore so I am now taking the Costco brand of the Flintstones. Maybe that is an option for you. Good luck Britt, I hope you find something that you can stand to take. Shawn M.

I take the Bariatric Advantage. They aren't bad, although the calcium is HUGE and takes a while to dissolve! J.J.

Tropical Oasis from Bariatriceating.com is sort of a pina colada liquid. It's pretty good. I also use the Bariatric Advantage chewables. I like having more than one kind on hand so I don't get tired of the same thing. I tried the liquid calcium but I wouldn't recommended it because the last third of the bottle got very thick and nasty. I picked up a chewable calcium at GNC that is 600 per tablet. They are ok. I'm also taking the Bariatric Advantage iron--passion fruit--whatever that is. It's not bad.

I take 4 chewable Optisource bariatric vitamins, citrus flavor, available at Walgreens on line. They remind me of sweet tarts, actually they are quite pleasant, and everything is in there. I don't have to take anything else. Linda O.

Thank you for all of your wonderful input! I guess it is kind of like what I went through with protein drinks ... I have to keep on trying until I find one that I can deal with. Hugs, Britt

I'm also taking the Chewable Centrum. I usually chew it up as I'm drinking my morning protein shake. I had trouble finding a calcium I liked. The chewable Calcium I found was huge and actually hurt my teeth trying to chew it. I found a powdered calcium from Vitalady that I can dissolve in my water. Loretta

Hi - I am taking the Bariatric Advantage chewable multivitamin - I didn't like it at first, but I guess I have gotten used to it. I also had the Bariatric Advantage chewable calcium - but when it ran out I switched to a liquid calcium that I really like that I found at Costco - it is called Calexcel, by Symtec. It says it is citrus flavor, but I think it also tastes just a little bit minty. Much easier to take than two of those big chewables. Good luck in finding one that works for you! Lori
