I discovered three products that really helps me get the protein in. One is Micellar Milk (nick-named Mice Milk). I bought it at The Vitamin Shoppe. It had 40 grams of protein per container but instead of dinking the container all at once, I add an ounce of the creamy vanilla to coffee or put some in another protein shake to boost the protein content. The other product that has really helped me is Isopure (zero carb, ready to drink). I buy it at GNC. It's pricy at $3.75 per bottle but some days I wouldn't get enough protein without it. It comes in Kool-Aid type flavors so if you are tired of all the milk-shake protein drinks it's a nice change. And lastly, nectar cappuccino is wonderful. It taste like a coffee latte. I bought it at bariatriceating.com. You mix it in slightly ho****er (if the water is too hot the product will clump up) and it has 23 grams of protein. Are there any products that you have found helpful in your WL journey?
I just discoverd the isopure ready to drink as well and I love them. I think that they are well worth the money when you figure in how much protein is in one bottle and how great they taste. I was getting so sick of chocolate shakes. It sure is a nice variety to have in the house, plus with 6 kids, I am always on the go and I can grab one of them and I am all set. These are the greatest!!!!

For Christmas from my mom I got the profect protein drinks. So far, they are pretty good, even the flavor I didn't really like was drinkable. I sent her the website information and she got me the 2 sampler packs. I am going to keep the bottles for the ones that I really like and then maybe talk my husband into ordering them sometime. They are handy to carry around too.
