So, how did you all do? I had a bit of a problem yesterday. I cooked a ham and sadly cooked it a bit to long (pretty dry). This is one area I have been sensitive to (dry meat). So I added about 1/3 tsp of pineapple juice to the whole slice. Big mistake... Wont do that again! Other than that... I was really good. Glad the 'holiday' is over. Funny I learned something. You know how they talk of transference of addictions... well I didnt eat any of the goodies, but I could not stop baking! I think I added 15 - 20 pounds on to all that worked with me!
