4 weeks out

It's hard to believe that 4 weeks has come and gone so quickly since surgery. I am officially 36 lb down today and lots of inches. I couldn't believe the change in inches since my pre-surgery measurement. I've been doing really well with the exception of the crab we had last night that made both dh and I very sick. It was horrible, glad to know that I didn't consume too much and I'm still not feeling 100% but I should rebound quickly. Michelle
