4 Week Update!!!
Well, it is hard to believe but I am 4 weeks and 1 day out now.... I am eating soft foods now and I never thought I would look forward to lunch of turkey spam.. LOL... But it tastes awesome.... I am getting in my required 60 - 80 grams of protein every day and sometimes more... and I think I am getting in all my water, I am peeing like a fountain, so I would think that I am. I have opened bottles of water everywhere in the house and in the car, so that if I forget to take it with me.. I have it... so that makes it hard to actually keep track, but I am drinking all day long, with the exception of half an hour before/after meals. My total weight loss it now at 31 pounds and I am going to do my measurements today as well to see how that is going. I was stalled for about a week and a half, but things are moving again for me. I am glad I did this and I am seeing such great results so soon.. I started going to the gym yesterday. I am hoping to go at least 4 times a week, as my busy schedule with kids will let me. I am just doing the treadmill and the recumbent bike for now until I get cleared to do more from my doctor. I couldn't believe how much I was able to do. I was pretty proud of myself. Well, that is about it. All is well here and I hope everyone else is doing good as well.

I don't have a secret... I just keep track of my protein... I drink 1 or 2 protein drinks a day... depending on the food I have eaten and if I need the protein still... and I sip... sip... sip.. all day long... I am used to drinking about 100 oz. a day... so it really isn't much of a challeng to drink 64.... it is more of a challenge to not drink too fast... LOL...

Wow Shawn that is great! You are really losing! I bet you are on cloud 9 after that check up.
I see my doc in about an hour. I think I'm down about 22 lbs. Not nearly as much as you. I have stalled the last couple of days. I'm trying to stay positive.
I also had some dizziness yesterday, so I pushed the fluids. Today I got caught eating mindlessly and I ate too fast. I thought I was going to puke! Even went into the bathroom, but I didn't. That passed in about 1/2 hour. But it was a miserable 1/2 hour!
What protein are you eating/drinking to get so much in? I am on some whey isolate powder from GNC that I get down pretty easily. It's 60 mg for the full 3 scoops, so I'm only doing 2 scoops, because I know I can't absorb more than that at once anyway. The rest of my protein is from lunchmeats and cheese. I love cheese.
Anyway, I'm so happy to hear of your report. WAY TO GO!
