Well I'm rehydrated and thought I was doing better. But today, AFTER my doctor's appt, I got lightheaded and dizzy again. My co-workers (fellow WLS people) stated that it was because I was taking in basically no calories or protein...so I have been pushing the protein and have eaten some cottage cheese and am going to eat dinner soon. I am still feeling fuzzy headed though. I did call my surgeon's office and since it wasn't meds or water that I would have to call my primary care physician. So, I have an appt tomorrow night. I will let you know how it goes. Please keep me in your prayers...I am really hating this. Thanks.

I get dizzy all the time too,...but I think its because I don't get all my protein or drink enough liquid but its become less,...I also think in the beginning it was more because my High blood pressure medicine dosage needed to be cut in half. It's real hard to get in all my protein. I can't lie sometimes I only get about 20-40 grams of protein in a day,...its real rare that I get close to enough liquid or protein in. I go for my check up and my first lab since the surgery. I am post op 27 days today.

Good luck Sophia.... I can't even imagine going through what you are going through. I hope they figure out what is going on and it can be taken care of quickly. Keep us posted..... Shawn M.

Sophia, I will keep you in my prayers! I know that getting lightheaded and dizzy is "NO FUN" and I would not wish that on anyone. Keep up the protein and water, even if you dont want too. I will be thinking about you. Chrisy
