I don't know if any of you have been here but it's an awesome way to keep track of how much protien you are actually getting each day. It's free and you can either use the vast quantity of foods they already have in their database or you can put your own customized foods on there in a matter of seconds, just need the nutritional label off the item. Also it saves all the foods you use in a list so they are easy to find the next time. It's really helped me and shown me where I was being a little to optimistic on my protien intake by trying to figure it out in my head. Anyway, it's a great tool so I thought I'd share.

I have to second Corrinna Q's post. Fitday is great. Even cooler is that you can enter your weight periodically, and see how much progress you are making by the week, month, year, etc, in a graph form. It's totally wonderful. And looking back on weeks of food logs is amazingly inspiring. More than once I've flipped past weeks of logged entries and thought "I've come this far, I can do it for one more day."
I used it for years pre-op and it has been really great.
