finally home.

am very exhausted. had 2 pint blood transfusion the day I was supposed to come home. Having fevers now and thinking incisions are infected. Have follow-up appointment tomorrow. will report more then.

thank you for your prayers. my moms friend is a physicans assistant and he came over last night and said that my incisions if they are infected, they are just locally infected and if i go to the doctor, to expect him to squeeze them. yuck. i can't stomach the liquid tylonol anymore, the kind i got tastes like cherry halls with menthol. the last tablespoon i just drank almost made me lose it. anyway i feel fine, feels kinda like i've been punched in the tuummy a couple times, but its bareable to me. i feel a little bit better this morning, but we'll see what the doctor has to say.

I'm sorry to hear of your troubles. Be sure to keep us posted after your dr. visit. Hopefully he will have some good news.

Hi Miranda, I had surgery 11/14/06 and came home the following day. However, by day 3 I was having a constant fever between 99.9 and 100.7. Tylenol helped. It took about a week and that finally stopped. I did not have any infections. I was told if the fever went above 101 to go straight to the ER. I hope that yours goes away like mine. Take care.
