Overate last night
Hi M,
I had the "too full" experience this week as well which was a big reality check for me. I have been feeling so good and having everything go down so easily I was wondering if I had the correct surgery. I now know I did!! And it isn't a pleasant way to find out. It happened to me with Egg Beaters, which I had eaten several times before, and I think I ate too fast rather than too much but it hurt like you know what for about 2 1/2 hours. I finally got myself in the car and drove to GNC where I bought and immediately consumed papaya extract. It is a Godsend!! It digests protein....and it worked immediately!! I felt better before I even left the store!! They are just little chewable tablets that even taste ok!! I bought the little travel size one for my purse as well. NEVER want to feel that way again!!
So check out GNC.....it's worth the $6!!
Take care!

Papaya extract huh? Thanks, I had never heard of that. I think I will pick some up tomorrow just in case...
I am learning (the hard way) to only take one bite at a time and sit and wait in between each bite. As SOON as I start to feel any pressure in my chest - I have to be DONE (even though I really really want one or two more bites)...
The pain is just not worth it...
Hugs!

The same thing happened to me on Sat. morning. I think it was that I ate to fast. My portion was still very small, but jeez within minutes I was running to the bathroom. It was horrible. Since then.. .I know the 1 and 1/4 days I have been chewing chewing chewing and very conscientious of my choices. I think its going to be a trial an error with stuff. Like others have said ... extremely gasy whats up with this? I feel like I;m constantly burping... talk about embarassing. Any suggestions?
