3 Week postop Udate!!
Hi everyone! I have lost 16lbs as of today. I am doing well and haven't had any issues or set backs. I had clam chowder yesterday that I must have ate too fast and I felt a little uncomfortable but I just walked and moved around and was fine. I wouldn't say it is painful just uncomfortable. I now walk about 5 miles a day and I feel FANTASTIC. I am so happy with my my decision. I do however anticipate some issues after I get my band fill on the December 19th. I imagine it is then I will have to really be careful. I think I healed quite quickly which eased my body of eating cottage cheese and chewing up certain things and getting them down. I have never . I am not complaing! So with all that said Good luck to the end of November beginning of December Dates and I have you all in my thoughts even if I don't reply to your posts I do read them. Do what ever you can without PAIN, stop if and when it hurts. Do it a little at a time at your pace but never give up!!!! Do a little further each day. I kick box 3 days a week prior to surgery and I was very active before hand just over weight and couldn't control what I put in my mouth. I certainly needed this tool to help with that.
