I made it to Las Vegas!

I met my sister-in-law this morning and we went to the clinic for pre-op sharing time and questions with the surgeon. I think there are 4 of us here having the surgery tomorrow. They had the people from last week come and get their staples out and fill us in on how their week went. Everyone did fine and were up and sightseeing or shopping by day 3 or 4. Here I am prepared to be laid out for 2 weeks, and maybe I won't have to. They had a one month, 6 month, and 3 year post op people to tell their stories and tell what they eat and how much. It is amazing the 6 month and 3 year people didn't even look like they were ever heavy. Well, I'm starting to get hives on my hands because of my nerves. I better get going and get a little something light in my tummy before I hit the hay. I'll be checking in the hospital tomorrow at 7:00 a.m.
