I'm home (sorry its kinda late)

I had my sugery on Monday, Nov 6th. I had the open surgery and it was a bit more painful than I had thought it would be. I tolerated the pain pretty well because I have a high pain tolerance. I have 21 staples holding my belly together which makes my belly pretty sore. I am starting to feel more human again and able to do more things. I go back to my surgeon this Friday to get my staples removed. CANT WAIT!! lol I know this is the beginning of a long journey for me but I am just praying that God will give me the strength and courage to continue and do the right things. Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts. I'll post more later.

Glad to hear that you are doing well. Thoughts and prayers are with you - take it a day at a time ... remember Rome wasn't built in a day. We are learning how to eat to live now ... where as before we were living to eat! keep in touch surgery sis!
