You can do it!!

HI! I had my surgery March 2004. I was 291 pounds the day of surgery and now am 177! I still want to loose a bit more and will it took me a while to decide on how small I wanted to be! I am quite indecisive about most things! The one thing I was sure of was my surgery! I have NEVER regretted it. From stupid things like not being afraid I will break a chair to PRICELESS things like not even thinking twice about climbing into my daughters top bunk and snuggling with her it has ALL been worth it! I am sitting here at work and thinking how nervous excited I was before my surgery and thought I would send you prayers adn encouragement. I have not met you but have prayed for you, your surgeons and medical staff! Many blessing and a much lighter YOU in 2007!!! blessings Nic 291/177(182)/160 I WILL SUCCEED!
