OK im curious...i know we look for protein ,sugar and fat on labels....but if my protein has 220 cals and and i need 2 drinks to meet my pro requirments i will be intaking 440 is that ok? plus what ever else i drnk to complete my fluid requirements...How many calories is ok ? Tomorrow is the day!!!!!!!! 7am i need to be there 9 am SURGERY TIME!!!!!
From what I have learned, as long as you are watching your fat and carbs, while getting in your protein and fluids you will be allright. At this point you don't need to concern yourself with the calorie count. You will be doing good to get your protein and fluids in.
