OK Its the weekend and Monday im going in..This will be the last weekend im FAT!!!Oh i'm sooooooooooooo nervous!! Well everyone have a GREAT weekend...and be thinking about us Nov Sixers!!!

So what is everyone having for their liquid diet weekend? Monday will be a day of many changes for all of Nov sixers!!!! Wish you all the best with your surgeries.

I hate to say this , but i'm not on a diet AT ALL.I can't eat after midnight sunday,that's it....Although i should put myself on one to prepare for monday.
