R U having surgery 11/6?

thanks, I appreciate that...I will be gone for a week.. 2 nights in the hospital, 3 nights at the Krystal hotel. The docs check up on us there...I will be sitting by the pool...that is the plan anyway! Safe surgery to you as well deb

Hi,My date is Nov.6th.my pre-op date is on the 1st.I pre registered Thursday they did blood work and ask a lot of questions.took about 40mins total.Im excited and scared all at the same time.It will be here and over before we know it.This time 8 days from now we will be pushing each other off the bench.Mine is taking place in Huntsville,Al.with Drs.Foreman and Facundus.two of the best i understand.Good Luck to all of you also..Judy Hitt

I am a "sixer" too! I don't have much of a profile but I live in Southeast Oklahoma and will be having RNY in Dallas (only 90 miles from me). Like all of you, I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I think I am dreading my one week pre-op liquid diet worse than the surgery itself! At least it's full liquids and my doctor says I can have milkshakes!! Good luck to all of you! J.J.

JJ I feel for you - that is going to be tough - thankfully mt surgeon requires 1 day of a clear liquid diet before the surgery ... I can handle that! I hear some have two weeks plus. I'll be thinking of you sipping those milkshakes

We have. She's from Oregon & I'm from Washington. We're going to try to meet up at the hospital & hotel. Debby
