November 29th is the big day!!!...Finally....

Hi everyone! My name is Bonnie, I'm 27 and live in Coconut Creek, FL.I have had two previous dates I had to cancel due to bad bloodwork...Now my time has come and I can finally go ahead. I have Grave's disease so I've had to wait for my thyroid to be under control. Well finally it is and I am so excited and a little nervous too...lol. Looking for some folks to add to my friends list on here so we can all help each other out. Good luck everyone and I'll keep all of you in y thoughts and prayers in the coming weeks and months....

So nice to meet everyone! Its good to know that even though I will physiclly be going through surgery alone there are other people going through the same thing too. It makes it less scary that way I think. I've never really had a major surgery or stayed overnight in the hospital so I'm a little nervous about that. Does anyone has any suggestions to prepare mentally for surgery? Thanks for all your help and support in advance!

Hi Bonnie Welcome and Congrats on your date, I also have never had any surgery before, so have had a bit of a tough time emotionally but my decision has always been clear. Best of Luck to you!
