My surgeon is leaving town 4 good!

Hi OH family: I was notified by the sheduler yesterday that my surgeon, Dr.Kenneth MacDonald will be leaving at the end of the month. I had to choose another surgeon, which is Dr. Chapman also here in Greenville, NC Dr. Chapman and Dr. MacDonald are partners. My decision visit is 10/03 and I hope everything goes well.
