Topic: RE: what is everyone eating???
Hi,Christine
I've been eating alot of salads, fresh tomatoes, cukes, everything fresh from the garden.I try to stay away from potatoes. For a treat I eat Blue Bunny"no sugar added"ice cream, about a cup.I also like beef jerky,a good protien snack.I can eat almost anything, but I've noticed my weight isn't coming off very fast now,a couple pounds a week, which is fine,I think. You have to let your hair down once in a while,it doesn't hurt to have a drink or beer once in a while. My favorite is a Margarita on the rocks,on the weekend.Just try to add some variety to your meals, theirs alot of good low cal food out there.Good Luck!
Hugs,Deb

Topic: RE: Hubby not attracted to me anymore :(
Dear Kim,
We all have our own definitions of what is physically attractive to us. One friend of mine likes extremely thin women while another (whose wife is a size 16) prefers a "little meat on the bones." Why that is is the source of many psychological debates. Is it due to one's mother? the media? random? Whatever the reason, it could be that seeing ribs/collarbones is simply not attractive to your husband.
It is too easy to blame this on jealousy or fear when it could simply be a matter of taste. It seems like talking it out would be a good way to figure out a compromise.
Best of luck,
Sally

Completed on Monday: Walked 2+ miles in downtown Chicago, plus spent 11 hours on my feet at the trade show. My hip joints are achy.

Topic: RE: Day 2: No Excuse Exercise Challenge
Goal: M-F 30 minutes on the recumbent bike and 20 minute weight circuit alternating days of leg workout with arm workout....
Day 1: met goal
Day 2: 30 mins on bike, 15 mins on weights (arms don't take as long as legs apparently)
And yes, I'm a really early riser to get my exercise in! I'm usually in the gym at work by 4:15.....
