I made it back on track today! 30 minutes on the recumbent bike and 2 rounds of weight training to make up for the derailment yesterday!

I did it!!
30 minutes on treadmill (10 of those minutes RUNNING!!), 20 minutes on stationary bike (upped one level).
I was wiped out when I was done, but I feel so energized this week. Haven't gotten on the scale yet, saving that for Monday.
Taking today off (from exercise) to have nails/toes done. Will do water aerobics on Saturday morning!

Well I missed the boat today! Dang job expecting me to work instead of working out!

Goal for the week: 4 days of at least 45 minutes of activity (I'm on the road until Wednesday, so I may as well be realistic)
Monday: Walked 2+ miles in downtown Chicago, plus spent 11 hours on my feet at the trade show.
Tuesday: Walked 1.5 miles at lunch and 2 miles at dinner, plus spent another 10+ hours on my feet.
Wednesday: In addition to running through airports, I did 50 minutes on the treadmill.
Thursday: Tried a new class at my gym tonight called Body and Soul. It was as though you did a fusion of salsa and hip-hop dancing and just kept moving for a full hour. I was sweating so bad when it was over, I actually took off my t-shirt and drove home from the gym in just my sports bra and shorts.
Blessings,
Jennifer

MY GOAL: Do NOT skimp on my cardio...get my 20 minutes on the boring treadmill in each time I go to the gym, and make sure I up my stepper time and rate and keep it up...no making it easier when I'm close to being done and exhausted. Also to make sure I do my free arm weights at least twice and to have my partner give me more resistance on our ab exercises.
I met my goal again...I did my treadmill (I even used hand weights while I walked) and I did my stepper without cheating. I also did my free arm weights and I busted ass on my abs (although I was alone, all my buddies are on vacation). I also did more leg weights and I'll pay tomorrow for those!
I am down another lb from yesterday, so no complaints here!

My Goal:
Swim on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday.
Progress:
Sunday: swim 1 hour
Monday: swim 1 hour
Wednesday: swim 1 hour
So far so good. I only weigh once a week (Sunday a.m.) so I don't know about this week's loss. And it was a really rough few days due to PMS constipation & gas. But I didn't let that keep me from exercising. Now I am feeling better and am getting the energy back.
