My goal this week is to get to the gym at least 4 times for a minimum of an hour each time. It's going to be a crazy and HOT week so this is pretty much as good as it gets...getting my behind to the gym is going to be a feat in itself with the schedule I've got going on. I did make it there tonight and did a variety of cardio for an hour so I'm happy with that. Christine

I'm not increasing my goals for the week because it will be tough enough just meeting the ones I had last week. Again, just swim for 1 hour 5 times this week (starting on Sunday). One day is done and now I'm trying to decide whether to go home from work and then the pool or go to the pool straight from work. It is so hot, I don't know if I'll want to get out once I'm home! Hi All, So you want to continue for a second week, so lets do it!!!!! My goal this week is increase the intensity and time on the elliptical. So, now I'm going to do 1 hour on the elliptical and 30 minutes of walking. I'm aiming to do this for four days. What are your plans? Shanell

I'm up for a second week. I was able to meet my goals last week, but this week will be a bit more challenging due to my work schedule. I still want to swim five days, but will have to fit three days in around work. I have one day down (Sunday), I think the exercise has helped me keep losing at the same pace instead of slowing down at six months like I was warned would happen. Sally

Ok I kinda fell off at the end. But I did keep exercising. yesterday I walked in the morning and the evening. I'm gonna do 30 minutes on the treadmill, it is hot here. Then maybe walk in the evening around town. Reneka

Hi Stephanie, Thank you for the reply. I was wondering where you got this info from, I would like to go there and have a look. I got mine from 2 different sites Obesity Help and Fitday. They both said at 148 I would still be overweight. I like your calculations much better lol. Thank you for sharing this with me. God bless you, Annette

I'm in for another week. I need to think of another goal and now that my gym partners will be back, I'll be pushed harder than when I'm alone. I am happy that my added cardio helped me drop to 168...I am now 9 lbs from being "normal". Christine

Hi, I am 5'3 and I weigh 143 down from 228 in November 2005. To be a normal BMI I only have 2 more pounds to lose which will make me at 141. My goal weight is 125 and I only have 18 more to go. Just wanted to let you know that if you are the same height as me and you get down to 141, you will have a normal BMI. Maybe something to consider. Just thought I would share this information with you, by the way you have done wonderful, keep up the good work.\ Stephanie 228/143/125
