Topic: 9 months out today
Its been 9 months and I have only lost 53 lbs. I can eat EVERYTHING and lots of it without problems and I rarely ever dump. I have lost all motivation and it doesn't feel like I have ever had the surgery. Is this grounds for a revision? I feel such like a failure since the scale hasn't moved in months, okay, well up they have but I can usually fight to get back to the 53 lost. Am I the only one doing this bad????

Hi everyone!
I am apologizing for not beginning the challenge last week. My mother who lives 2 1/2 hours away, broke her arm 3 weeks ago. She called Sunday night and pleaded for me to go home to help her with household things/doctor appts, etc and I went Monday afternoon. I didn't exercise, but I was busy...lol. I got home Friday evening and caught up on housework and the endless mountains of laundry. Soooo, Monday was my first day and I went with a friend and her grandkids(ages 2 &4) to a State Park.. we played in the water, on the playground equipment and even hiked a little.
Today is Day 2 for me: I had lunch and am going to put in a Calenetics tape in about 30 minutes after my lunch settles! Good luck everybody and again, I'm sorry I wimped out last week.

Goal for wk 2 run 3.5 miles mwf
Eliptical 30 min higher intensity add bike 30 min and continue on legs t-th do min of 100 situps m-f rest on sat and sun eat less carbs!!!!
Today: 30 min on eliptical. didnt increase numbers but did push a little higher to keep up MPH. Instead of driving to Rec Center I rode my bike at high resistance that was an additional 3 miles rt. Really worked harder on legs and calves today. ran out of time so didnt get in all 100 sit ups. Keep up the hard work everyone!

Topic: Wk 2 Day 2: No Excuse Exercise Challenge
Hi All
GOAL: 1 HOUR Elliptical @ higher intensity & 30 minutes walking, 4 days this week.
PROGRESS:
Day 1: I pushed myself last night. I actually did the elliptical for 60 minutes at a higher intensity. I wanted to die, but now I felt soooo good. Normally, I would stay at a resistance of 1 or 2, but tonight I got as high as 9. The average was 6, which I thought was hard until I did the 9. After that the 6 felt good. LOL I burned 966.8 calories and did 2989 revs. For every rev, I just felt like the fat was melting from my thighs. I also walked for 30 minutes earlier in the day.
I don't know what I'm going to do today, but I'll let you know tomorrow.

Today: Nada. Worked late on some metrics for the morning revenue meeting.

Mys goal is 5 days of excercise. Today I did a bit over an hour with my trainer and wqalkding the treadmill. PS, my trainer is trying to kill me!

Same goal as last week, 3 days at gym (2 days cardio, 1 water aerobic class), 2 days at Curves.
