Goal: 1 hour at the gym at least 4x this week
Today was my 4th day at the gym this week (I had the day off so I squeezed in some "me" time) and I was there over an hour.
I did treadmill, situps, med ball situps, exercise ball resistance situps, weight machines, stepper and new (HARD OMG) leg/butt exercises with heavier leg weights. I swear if my saddlebags don't start getting smaller I'm going to hurt someone! ;)

I believe I'm down 108. My weight has been up & down +/- 1.5 lbs this week.

Hi all
Friday is my off day and I plan on sleeping in, so I figured I better submit this post tonight.
GOAL: 1 HOUR Elliptical @ higher intensity & 30 minutes walking, 4 days this week.
PROGRESS:
Day 1: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & Walked 30 minutes
Day 2: Walked 30 minutes
Day 3: Elliptical @ higher intensity - 1 hour & 10 flights of stairs up & down
Day 4: Well, I planned on working out, but other things came up. I did walk for 15 minutes. Oh well, I still have a few days to meet my goal for the week.
Day 5: Elliptical @ higher intensity (either 1 hour or 1 1/2)

I have lost 99 lb with the lapband since 11/22/06! 25-35 more lb to "ideal" weight! The band is such a good thing.

As of this morning I am down 89.5 lbs. since the day of surgery.
I am 9 lbs from "normal", 18 lbs from Dr goal, 28 from my goal. Not too shabby for where I was not too long ago!

GOAL: At least one hour at the gym 4x this week.
Day 4: I was there 2.5 hours again and I busted my shrinking behind! I did all my cardio (treadmill, UBE, stepper, bike) plus ab board, medicine ball situps, weight stick squats, exercise ball ab workout, free arm weights, leg extension and curl machines and I think that is it.
I am wiped out, but that's a good thing!

Ive lost 94 lb and would like to lose another 30 but if i never lose another pound i am so thankful for what is gone....We are all so blessed! Good Luck to every one. Carla

I'm at 106 pounds lost. and I too am 4' 11 and should be at 110 butttt I would love to be at least 130 I have 17 lbs to go to my goal of 130. I really flopped on our challenge this week I am just not consistant at all. I get so mad at myself for that too.
I must make a promise to myself that I will do better right?

My goal was 3 days at gym, 2 at Curves. Monday I spent well over an hour on cardio, came home and did some stretching. Tuesday, worked from 7 am - 7:30 pm and must have put 5 miles on my feet in heels (no exaggeration!). Wednesday, took my 8yo granddaughter bowling for 2 hours, then swimming for an hour. Today (Thursday), I am pooped. Don't know if I caught a virus or something, but I left work after 3 hours and have been on the couch ever since. Maybe it's the heat? I hope to get back to the gym tomorrow, and the water class on Saturday, but Curves is definitely out this week.
