Well I meet last weeks goal--swimming 1 hour five days, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen this week. First off, the pool will be closed three days for the annual cleaning; second, it is a tough week at work, and third, I am stuffy from allergies and in a foul mood. But at least all the stars are lining up to conspire against me just this week. Maybe next week all will be well again!

Yesterday Monday ran 3+ miles today nothing. Sis in town and keeps me up to late! will get back on track tomorrow. Thanks for keeping me accountable

I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the recumbent bike. Feeling Great!!!!

Since I didn't see anything on the exercise challenge, I thought I'd ask...How did you move to lose today?
I did a full circuit of weight training.
