Gloria and all my Nov. family, Congrats on your accomplishments and our surgervisaries! I am having a hard time as of late with ONLY having lost 120 lbs. I know that I should not compare myself to others and that I could not and would not have lost this weight without this surgery, that being said it is still hard emotionally when your eyes and mind are not in sinc with each other! I know too, that we all started out at different weights, but sitting here in a size 24 and still over 200 lbs, sometimes I still feel as if I have not been a success! I am sorry to ramble and I don't mean to I am just having a tough time, it comes and goes!! I am so encouraged to those who have done so well and you are inspiring to me, please don't get me wrong! Hi Kam your weight lose is excellent. A size 6 8 that is so awesome. I'm in a 10 right now and would like to be a 8. I will get there. I have 7 lbs to go to my goal. Bu t yes this has been an awesome year that is for sure. Take care Betty

Congrats to you too. You have done great. You may be on a plateau, it is said to hit anytime after 6 months. I've been mentally preped for it for about 8 months now. Just stay on track. Bright Blessings Mindi
