i am post op 1 year and am down 157..however, i am one of those ones who has ALOT of problems..i had another egd yesterday with dil...this makes my 12th dilatation..have been in & out of the hospital am post op 1 year..and still am not eating solid food..i am just updating everyone here..kathy

I am 13 months out and have lost 160 from highest weight on record. Congrats to everyone on their anniversary's. Got to get back on track now as I have separated from my hubby and find it hard to cook for myself. Got to though so I wont reach for junk.

That is so great Jennifer, I too have reached my personnal goal of under 130. I am at 129 now I don't know what my doctors goal was for me they never gave me one actually. So I made my own goal. So this past week I've been 127 - 129 . It is so awesome. yeh us!!!
