Went to the gym again today, so 3 days in to the week and I've met my goal of at least 3 days at the gym!
Goal: exercise 5 days/week at least 3 at the gym
Done:
Mon - 30 min on treadmaster (the cross between the treadmill and the stairmaster - it's a killer! Like walking in sand). Some arm weight lifting
Tues - 20 min on elliptical machine, 25 min on treadmill and some leg weight lifting
Wed - 40 min on elliptical
Off to a good start!!

Surgery on 11/18, and I have lost 55 lbs. I am excited about that, as I finally feel as though I am on track with others around my surgery date. I was a vaaaaaarrrrry slow loser in the beginning, but lately, it seems to be coming off regularily. Yahoo!!

hope ur feeling better now.
ive not been able to get to the gym like i wanted too but i been majorally cleaning house like crazy. does that count?
2/6 break
2/7 heavy cleaning 30 mins at least
2/8 heavy cleaning and moving appliances 1 hour at least
gonna try to go for a walk tomorrow to get some actual exercise but have a major apt inspection coming on friday so i have more cleaning to do. it doesnt help i have ocd of cleaning so i freak out bout cleaning too,

so far ive lost 45 lbs and 60.5 inches. im doing alot better since ive upped my protein to where it should be. been on a stall this week since my monthly~~ prolly just my body catching up again.

Hello My surg was 11-21 and I am down 53 lbs. Doing better since I am eating more! I am loosing again. was on hold for a couple of weeks. Now I just need to stop craving lemons and salt so I wont hold onto wanter anymore! lol I am halfway to goal I hope to lost the other 50 in the next 3 months~

I'm glad to hear you've started losing again. I think we all think that we're going to be "the one" that WLS doesn't work for. I am trying so hard to not panic about this stall.
Plus, a stall at 200?!? What kind of bad joke is my body playing on me? Onederland is so close...but so far away! Aaaargh!!!

Ok....we did this poll on January 2....let's do it again on Feb. 8....how much weight have you lost? I have lost 55 pounds....not too good...and not too bad....a lot better than gaining 55 pounds....LOL LOL LOL

HI, I am with you baby! I started at 258 and am now 203. I stayed at 206 for 19 days! It was horrible. Doc said my body was catching up. He is pretty stern about sticking to proteins and not having carbs. Finally I have los 3 pounds in the last week, so hopefully I am back on the WL trail. I too started at size 20 and am now at 16 on my business suits and 14 in jeans and shorts.
I feel great!

My NUT is always requiring me to be careful when eating fruits and veggies. I only had a few grated/shredded carrots not the whole thing, but I have had cuccumbers with no skin. I even tried some small pieces of califlower. I just chew, chew, chew, and chew some more. I am loving salad right now. I have had no problem with tangerines and I have eaten the pulp stuff, but I am very careful. My NUT and Dr. want me to be careful, but have told me to try new things and take it slow. I think my Dr. and NUT are pretty conservative about most of this, so I value their opinion.
