Topic: RE: Can you post your vitamin regimans?
Most of my vitamins and minerals are liquid. In my evening shake, I mix in the following:
1. Miracle 2000 (liquid multivitamin)
2. B-Complex (liquid) - mostly to get extra B1-thiamine
3. Calcium Magnesium (liquid citrate)
4. Omega 3 (Coramega pudding consistency)
During the day I take:
5. 2 fast absorbing chewable iron pills
6. 2 sublingual B-12s
I drink 2 protein shakes, 1 in the morning and 1 at night, 30 grams protein each.
Topic: RE: Has anyone tried salads?
I love salads. I have been eating salads since about 7 weeks out. I have salads 1 to 2 times a day. I have not had any problems with any vegetables. I digest everything well, skin and all. The only thing that has changed for me is that I no longer like ranch dressing. I don't like creamy dressings at all. I only use balsamic and italian dressings now. I love greek salads. I eat green peppers but not the banana peppers.

I am with Annette. I am afraid of the scale because I was losing on the slow side. I have gone from a size 24 to a size 20 so I know I am progressing. I am finally at the point where I need to buy new clothes. I had a lot of size 22's, a few size 20's, a couple in 18 and 16 and maybe 1 size 14 outfit. I don't want to buy 20's but I need clothes for work that aren't sagging. I am tempted to buy 18 although but if I hit a plateau, I may not have anything to wear that fits right.

Topic: RE: Has anyone tried Fresh Fruits yet??
I have been eating fruit for at least 4 weeks now. I eat apples, oranges, pineapple, cantelope, honeydew, grapes, watermelon, strawberries, etc. with no problems. I eat my fruit with the skin. I have not had any food intolerances.

I tried pineapple, but couldn't chew it well enough, spit it out. I tried part of an apple(no skin) 2 days ago. I put some peanut butter on it yummy. Today I had my first taste of an orange. Just 1 segement, But it was so good! I've had bananas since I was 2 weeks out mashed very well, or put in the blender with my protein shakes. I tried a strawberry, but didn't do very well with it.
God bless,
Annette

I don't know, I haven't been weighed in 3 weeks. I am avoiding the scale. After 6 weeks of nothing I decided the disappointment wasn't worth getting on the scale for. I know I must be losing again because I went down another pant size. I bought new jeans 1 1/2 weeks ago, and they're already to big. Shopping tomorrow. I will see my p.c.p. on the 15th and will let you all know then.
God bless you,
Annette
