i am so happy today!! i been keeping track of my protein and making sure i get enough and trying to get in exercise even if its just heavy cleaning. i always get my liquids and vitamins. and finally ive lost 50 lbs. its taken 2.5 months but ive done it. yay !!!!!!!!!!!!! ok just had to share with yall cause im so happy. lisa -50 lbs

I had surgery on November 28 and I've lost 56 lbs. I've been on a stall for the last 2 weeks but I've started eating more so hopefully that will work.

Since my surgery I'm so thankful that: - I can bend down and pick stuff up off the floor!! - I "float" across the floor... unless I'm skipping - I have so much energy - my blood sugar is NORMAL - my feet, legs and hips don't hurt anymore when I get home from work - I am 55 pounds less and will NEVER have that weight BACK!! It's not lost, it's gone! - I have met so many wonderful people through OH messageboards and local support groups who have positively encouraged me, given me advice, and made me feel a part of a unique sorority/fraternity of people who know much of what I have lived with my whole life.
