thanks kam, i was afraid i wasnt doing it right but its finally coming off and im so happy!! now my next goal is 300 which is only 20 lbs away!!! i know ill do it this time. lisa

When you say you've lost xx amount of weight, are you using weight when you went into hospital until now, or weight when you first visited surgeon's office? My surgeon's office insists on including the 17 pounds I lost on the 3 month program my insurance required. But I'm more inclined to use my weight the morning I went to the hospital... It just drives me crazy that we can't get on the same page! Told you it was stupid, I could just go with the surgeon's office, but that makes me feel like I'm fibbing or something.... LOL
