You are doing fine. I started at 302 and had surgery 11/7. Last week at my 3 mo I was down 56. I have the same feeling of losing to slow and get frustrated but we need to believe it will all work out.

I actually have an appointment with the nutritionist this thursday, so I will talk to her then. Maybe she will have some suggestions.
I did have one plateau that lasted THREE WEEKS I thought I was done losing. That was a more than a month ago, and since I have been losing at a snails pace.
I am looking forward to going to my GPs office on March 1st.... I use his scal as my "official" weigh ins and the one at home once a week just to make sure I am progressing in the right direction.

I probably shouldn't compare myself so much, but it is tough when I see others who have lost 50 or more with similar surgery dates when I have lost maybe 35. I did lose 30 right before surgery, I had to to get my ins company to approve..... but I don't count that as "weight loss since surgery"

thats me, i should have been in a 30/32 also but they r so hard to find i just squeezed into a smaller size. thanks for saying im inspirational~~ at first i didnt feel like i was really doing anything but now i can really see a difference. i am so happy. i cant wait to see this summer for my bday. im having professional pics taken just cause.
u have had a big loss too and ur doing awesome!! keep up the great work!!

Topic: surgery april 7th and had questions
Hello November rebirthdays just a few questions for the ones that have had surgery that is why I am here.....
what can I buy to prepare for surgery ie...... food, hospital attire, should I start my post-op eating habits now any kind of hints would be greatly appreciated
