Great Advice here!
Only thing I'd add is start increasing your fluids... water, crystal lite or another brand of sugar free drink mix, anything that is sugar free and has no carbonation.

hi Christina,
I had surgery on 11-17-06 I have lost 56 #'s post-op. I was in a six week stall where I didn't lose any pound's or inches. I lost 66#'s pre-op.

Topic: WOW, THIS IS AWESOME!!!!
I was weighed tonight for the first time in a while. I lost 16 pounds for a total of -56 pound's post op, and a total of -122 pounds from my highest weight. My B.M.I. is down from 69.1 to 46.8. I bought a pair of jeans this morning in a size 20 down from a 30/32. I also was able to buy pretty undies for a change. I saw a picture on a profile where this man's family all fit into his suit. I had one like that taken yesterday only two of us fit in so far, but I'm working on it. You all take care.

hi congrats on the 65lbs that is sooooo great. I have lost about 55lbs. my surgery date was 11-30.
