Hi Tammy, I agree about weighing less often. I only weigh myself when I go to the Dr's. now. After 6 weeks of nothing I decided it was to discouraging to get on the scale. Sounds like you are doing well too. I am so blessed by this surgery. God bless you, Annette

My surgery was November 7th I am getting ready to move to regular foods. Any suggestions? I have only lost 61 lbs so I want to be real careful. Any help would be great
