Consider how much fpood, protein and water you are consuming daily. You have to be active to be a mom to young kids, so make sure you are taking in the required protein. Are you also keeping up with your supplements? Good luck.

Kimberly, I am diabetic. I had my regular appt with my ophthalmologist on Jan 25. She said no wonder your vision is blurry, your glasses are too strong! My vision had improved along with my blood sugars! It's not unusual to have vision changes associated with changing blood sugars. I don't know if that's a possible cause for your changes. Kathy

Topic: Anyone else extra tired?
I'm just about 4 months out and for the past 2 weeks or so I am incredibly tired/sleepy most of the time. Of course, working full time, having 2 kids, and all the normal stuff usually had me tired/worn out, but now I am TIRED...almost to the point of exhaustion on the weekends. It is nothing for me to get up, go to the gym, then sleep the rest of Saturday afternoon away if I can. Same goes for Sundays. I am rarely idle, sitting here is my only downtime. I work out 3-5 days a week doing cardio and weights, I am getting in more than my 64 oz a day, recently been getting a little extra protein to try to slow my hair loss, and I take my vitamins faithfully. What could be causing this exhaustion? I know that the more weights I do, the more likely I am to be tired, but this is getting in the way of my life. Any suggestions anyone may have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Christine

As of 2/26 I have lost 65lbs, since surgery in 11/16. WOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOO! The scale is slowing down, but I'm also pumping up so that might explain it. Hopefully it picks up soon.
