Topic: RE: 100 Pounds gone forever
This is wonderful news I too have lost 100 lbs. It is such a wonderful feeling isn't it.
You said the same thing that I said at one of my support group meetings. That if I never lose another lb I will be happy, allthough another 20-30 would be nice. I have been on a stall now for a few weeks so it is disappointing but I'm ok with it. I just need to pick up on my excersize again. I really love the new me.
I'm happy for you too and all the losers on here "go november people"

For now, anyway, I have decided to wait the 1 year out and not drink. Partly because I'm still 50+ pounds away from my goal and I don't want the extra calories. I don't feel like I'm missing anything 'cause I was never much of a drinker to begin with. Hope all went well... water with lime or lemon always works for me.

Tammy

We definitely MUST and WILL stick together! I'm thinking about the Walk... still having a hard time considering all that walking... my problem is moving, I have such a hard time emotionally getting over that, but I'm working on it!!!
I had a blast too!! all that

Now THERE was some moving I could get into!! Let's keep it going!

Tammy

Topic: 100 Pounds gone forever
I posted this on the main messageboard....but....wanted to celebrate with my November surgey group....I will be 8 months out July 4th and as of this morning I have lost 100 pounds with 30-40 more to be lost. If I never lose another pound I will thank the Lord forever....I am sooooo happy and have so much more self confidence.

Topic: RE: Almost 7 months out and fighting choc cravings
Carla:
Have you tried Sugar Free Fudgesicles?? I am a chocoholic. The way I've gotten around this is to wait until 9:00 p.m. and have 2 SF fudgesicles when I sit down. They have 40 calories each, 3 grams of protein total and they satisfy my craving. I also know that at 9:00pm every night I can have my chocolate, which makes it easier to deal with when I see some other chocolate. I know that 9pm seems a little late to be eating, but that is when I sit to relax for the evening and it just works out for me.
Good luck.
