Ok here we go, I have lost 95 lbs, and 50 inches, I went from a tight 24 to a 14 pants, and a m to l shirt. I weigh 158, my goal is 130, maybe lower all depends.
I am feeling great, getting alot of compliments, and also riding bike which I have not done in about 20 years or so. I was like a kid the first ride I was on. It was so fun.

lost 92 lbs. Before surgery I weighed 242. 6 months later, I weigh 150. From size 22/24 to 14. I struggle with making good food choices all the time. overall, I feel good. Today, as I was driving to work, I looked down at my legs and realized that I am average now... I smiled to myself. Thank-goodness!
OK I have lost 74lbs. I have been on a plateau this last month. I have lost 11 inches. I have gone from a size 30 to a very comfortable 18. I love exercise since it doesnt hurt now to do it. I weigh 230 now and want to be a 25 BMI which for me would put me at 185lbs. So realisticaly I just want to see a 1 in front of my weight. Everyone says I look fantastic now just to convince my head.

Down 76 lbs from my consult (291), but only 68 lbs since surgery (283)...weighing in at 215 lbs. Still 75 lbs from goal.I know I've dropped over 40 inches since January, but didn't take measurements before that. I'm in a size 18 or Xl depending, wearing some L pants, down from an 11 shoe to and 8 1/2 narrow, from a 54F bra to a 44DD and from a 10 ring to a 7 1/2.
I'm in the middle of a bout of gastritis, have been for over 2 weeks, it was diagnosed last Friday via a scope, so I'm pretty much stalled. Ye' ole starvation mode since I haven't been able to keep anything down.
