Coming up on 6 months!!!!!

Hello fellow November WLS surgery people! We are coming up on our 6 month post-op... Can you believe it?? Get your tape measures out and check your inches lost, get a weight loss total, and be ready.. I will do a roll call for inches/weight totals starting next weekend. If you don't have pre-op measurements, you can measure the waist of pants that you wore and bras or if you know someone who is that size, you can ask to measure them to get an idea what your old measurements were. Catalogs also often have a list of measurements that correspond with various sizes. Please take a little time to think about where you were pre-op and where you are now.. emotionally, spiritually, physically... your outlook on things. Post some of that to your profiles so others can see the wonder of you and the new you that is emerging. I am so proud of you guys and gals... Be good to yourselves.. you deserve it!!!
