I am obese...

I am no longer super morbidly obese, or even morbidly obese. I am just plain obese At my highest weight(378#'s) my B.M.I. was 69.1. At today's weight(221) it is 39.1. Wow that is a drop of 30 point's. I have gone from a size 30/32 down to a size 16. I am so much healthier then I have ever been in my entire lifetime. Thank you Jesus! Thank you to those of you that have supported me through my journey by taking the time to be an encouragement. Thank you for sharing your "stories" with me. A special thank you to the special people who were there for me when I was going through my "waiting for approval" phase. There were a few time's when I honestly thought it would never happen, but you were there to "walk me through it", and wouldn't let me quit. I don't need to mention you all by name because you know who you are. Thank you Erin for being such a wonderful angel, and thank you Carol for being a great support person, and even taking the time to visit me in the hospital. You all are a terrific group of people.
