ALWAY HUNGRY
Has anyone else been experiencing this??? I am alway hungry and once I eat I am good for about a 1/2 - 1 hour then I am hungry again. I do not know if something is wrong. I have been the same weight for 1 1/2 months now. I dont know what the problem is. I have, however, picked up my excercise routine, but it is difficult for me b/c I work 2 jobs. I leave the house at 7:30 in the morning and do not return till 11:30 pm every night. I have just begun to walk a mile during my lunch break at my FT job.
I am loosing inches well enough, but I dont see the weight coming off.
If anyone has any suggestions, please help!!

I have this problem when I start eating too many refined carbs. Add more meat to your meal, it fills you and keeps you feeling full longer. And if you feel hungry, DO eat, just be sure you eat the right thing--have a protein snack bar or shake, eat a salad or just chop up a chicken breast and chow down. As long as you eat healthy, you'll be fine and your body will eventually regulate out.
Plus remember, if you are exercising more and seeing inches come off, then you are adding muscle from the increased exercising, and that will counterbalance what you might see on the scale, but don't let this frustrate you. If it gets too frustrating, just toss the scale--as long as your clothes are fitting better and looser, you KNOW you are actually still losing fat, even if the scale doesn't move.
